FAQs

How often should I visit Southern Star Dental?

The American Dental Association and the team at Southern Star Dental recommend twice a year visits to achieve and maintain the optimal level of oral health. Better yet, regular preventive checkups and cleanings increase the chances that patients will maintain their natural teeth for life.

Do You Treat Children?

We welcome patients of all ages, but we love treating kids. We offer a number of preventive treatment options to help growing smiles including dental sealants and fluoride treatments.

Can I call you if I have an Emergency?

We are happy to help patients in the event of an emergency. If you experience a knocked out tooth, cracked tooth, or severe toothache, call us right away.

The dentist makes me nervous. Can you help?

Absolutely. In addition to welcoming patients to our office where they feel comfortable and relaxed, we also offer nitrous oxide, oral conscious, and IV sedation.

What if I can’t pay the full cost of my advanced dentistry services?

We understand that patients are not always able to cover the full out-of-pocket costs for advanced treatments, and we’re happy to work with patients to receive financing through CareCredit, a third part medical and dental financer.
